Please read these terms and conditions carefully before requesting or ordering any Puja/Hawan or Services from our Site. You should understand that by requesting/ordering any Puja or Services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
You should print a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference.

Information about us

e-Tirtha (www.etirtha.com) is a Non-Profitable Trustee/Society. e-Tirtha is mainly offering services to those devotees who cannot personally visit the temples or perform any specific puja/hawan/abhishek personally at their own place due to various reasons like Old Age, VISA/Travel related problems, Financial problem, Health related problem, Vacation related problem, Other constraint etc. but having a strong desire to perform pujas/hawans/abhisheks to fulfill their wish.
We perform Pujas/Hawans/Abhisheks according to the devotees wish to listed temples  as well as Pujas/Hawans for your specific needs through our people within 45 days after receiving the Puja request. We perform Puja/Hawan/Abhishek in the listed temples as per the rules & regulations of respective temples. We perform Puja/Hawan/Abhishek in the NAME & GOTRA (SHANKALPAM) of our devotees in the listed temples as well as at our temples for Pujas for specific needs. We do not consider any special Puja/Hawan/Abhishek request for listed temples which is not permitted by the Temple Authority. Any SPECIAL Puja/Hawan/Abhishek/Yagya/MahaYagya requests from devotees will be performed in our network temples.
 

How the contract is formed between you and us

After placing a Puja request/order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your request. We will perform your Puja as per your wish through our network within 45 days after receiving the Puja request.
Puja/Hawan/Abhishek/Yagya/MahaYagya or any other services provided by e-Tirtha are spiritual and deviational in nature and are provided for the wellbeing of our devotees. So, any dispute regarding any matters between e-Tirtha and the devotees will be resolved internally and cannot be taken into any court or to any legal system for legal action. Puja/Hawan/Abhishek/Yagya are purely matter of trust, belief and faith in LORD/Almighty.  So, e-Tirtha cannot be held responsible for anything related to the services it provides.

Puja will be performed with normal Puja Vidhi applicable for the temple using normal Puja Materials/Samagris listed for the particular puja.

The Photos & Videos will be taken inside the temple during your Puja/Hawan/Abhishek if it is permitted by the Temple Authority of that particular temple. If Camera is not allowed inside, the photo/video will be taken outside the temple before our Priest/Pandit enters inside the temple to perform Puja/Hawan/Abhishek for you. Our Priest/Pandit will chant Mantras with your NAME & GOTRA (SHANKALPAM) and will do prayers for you and your family in the video recording and the same will be send to you by email or post. It is also a proof that Puja is performed in your name as per your wish.

FREE Puja Without Paying any Donation
We have given an option of FREE Puja without paying any donation for our devotees who are in Big FINANCIAL PROBLEM and unable to pay the 130$ donation to e-Tirtha for his/her puja/hawan. In such scenario, e-Tirtha will perform puja for those devotees FREE. We request our devotees to donate whatever amount is possible for him/her so that the amount can be used at least for his/her puja expenses.

Refunds policy

Due to any reason if we are not able to perform your Puja/Hawan etc. as per your wish, we will refund your donation amount.
